We are thrilled about this recipe! Nut and seed crackers for everyone, salty, crunchy, light and filling, what is not to like!
Ingredients:
1 cup powdered flax seed
1/4 cup of chia seeds
4 tablespoons of sesame seeds
2 tablespoons Dry parsley
2 tablespoons Dry onion
1/4 tablespoon sea salt
1/4 cup water
MIX EVERYTHING and turn it into a claylike mix, lay on a oven baking surface and bake for 10 minutes on 275 or until brown and crunchy.
OR....
You can lay the mix in a sandwich press and toast them until cunchy... enjoy!!!
